Bookings and service information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate home, access and service details. Pricing may be adjusted before work begins when the property or requested scope materially differs from the information provided.
Safe access
Customers must provide safe, lawful access to the property and identify relevant hazards, fragile items, pets and surfaces requiring special care.
Payment
Applicable charges, approved extras, cancellation fees and service adjustments are due through the payment method associated with the booking.
Policies
NearMe’s cancellation and satisfaction policies form part of these terms. The version in effect on the booking date applies to the appointment.
