The scope covers reachable surface dusting and wiping, vacuuming and mopping, kitchen counters and fixtures, appliance exteriors, stovetop and microwave cleaning, toilets, tubs, showers, mirrors and ordinary household waste bins.
Deep Cleaning includes all 22 Standard tasks plus nine detail tasks: accessible baseboards, beneath safely accessible furniture, window sills and accessible frames, door frames, kitchen cabinet exteriors and backsplash, and bathroom doors and cabinet exteriors.
Move In/Out Cleaning includes the complete Standard and Deep scopes plus eight turnover priorities. These include accessible vents, reachable ceiling dust, accessible ceiling fans, the range hood and safely accessible areas behind movable appliances. Reachable interior wall spot-cleaning is a selectable add-on.
No. Inside the oven, refrigerator and cabinets are approved selectable add-ons. Appliance exteriors, the stovetop and the microwave inside and outside remain part of the applicable core checklist.
Post-Construction Cleaning covers ordinary reachable construction dust, loose floor dust, suitable minor residue, accessible light fixtures, cabinet and counter surfaces, appliance exteriors, sinks, fixtures and light grout haze on suitable tile. Hazardous materials, heavy debris, paint removal and specialist restoration are excluded.
Recurring Cleaning follows the Standard House Cleaning checklist unless you select a different cleaning type or approved add-ons. The same defined scope can be scheduled weekly, bi-weekly, every three weeks or monthly.
Yes. Approved extras include a basement area, an additional kitchen, inside cabinets, inside the refrigerator, inside the oven, interior windows and tracks, blinds, reachable interior wall spot-cleaning, loading the dishwasher, changing bed sheets and loading a prepared laundry load.
No. Exterior window washing, garage cleaning and balcony cleaning are excluded from NearMe cleaning packages. Interior windows and tracks may be selected as an approved add-on.
You do not need to pre-clean. Put away fragile personal items, keep ordinary pathways accessible and share entry, parking, alarm and pet instructions so the selected checklist can be completed safely.
