Pricing and booking
How the price is built, when contact details are requested and what happens before scheduling.
NearMe residential prices are based on the service area, bedrooms, bathrooms, square footage, cleaning type, frequency and selected extras. Enter the actual home details so a compact condo is not treated like a multi-level house—or the reverse.
Yes. Start with the service area, bedrooms, bathrooms and cleaning type, then add your name, email and phone so the enquiry can be saved. Complete the home-size, frequency and extra choices to review the calculated residential price before deciding whether to continue to booking.
Those details save the cleaning enquiry and give NearMe a way to send or discuss the requested pricing. They also prevent you from rebuilding the same home and service information if you pause before booking.
Yes. Call 778-288-4358 if you would rather discuss the home, compare services or request help with pricing. Calling and online pricing are both valid ways to begin.
The initial pricing step does not ask for a date. Scheduling, address and access details come later, after the home, service, contact details and price have been reviewed.
Choose weekly, bi-weekly, every-three-weeks or monthly Recurring Cleaning. Select your frequency in the pricing form to see the saving and price per visit.
Services and checklists
Which cleaning fits, what gets added and where selectable extras begin.
Standard Cleaning covers the core work in bedrooms, living areas, kitchens and bathrooms: reachable surface dusting, vacuuming and mopping, appliance exteriors, stovetop and microwave surfaces, sinks, counters, toilets, showers or tubs, mirrors and household waste bins. Review the complete room-by-room checklist before booking.
Deep Cleaning includes the complete Standard foundation, then adds accessible baseboards, door and window frames, reachable areas beneath movable furniture, cabinet fronts, backsplash detail and added bathroom buildup work. Choose Deep for a more detailed reset—not simply because it has the longer name.
Move In/Out Cleaning combines the complete Standard and Deep foundations with additional empty-home turnover tasks. Interior appliances, cabinet interiors, blinds and interior windows remain selectable so the service can match the property handoff rather than assume every home needs every add-on.
No. Every recurring visit repeats the complete Standard checklist for the selected home. The frequency changes how often the service returns and the applicable price; it does not reduce the Standard foundation.
Approved extras include a basement area, additional kitchen, inside cabinets, inside refrigerator, inside oven, interior windows and tracks, blinds, reachable interior wall spot-cleaning, loading the dishwasher, changing supplied bed sheets and loading a prepared laundry load. Only select the extras the home actually needs.
NearMe does not include chandeliers, fragile items, biohazards, infestations, paint removal, mould or mildew remediation, exterior windows, heavy-item moving, unsafe hard-to-reach areas, animal waste, garages, balconies, carpet shampooing or steam cleaning, pest control, hoarding cleanup, laundry service or ironing. The complete exclusions remain visible with the checklist and service details.
Before and during the visit
Access, supplies, pets and the small details that protect cleaning time.
No. If the home or building allows secure access, provide the correct entry instructions before the appointment. The booking contact remains responsible for making sure the cleaning professional can enter at the scheduled time.
No. You do not need to pre-clean. Clear ordinary pathways, put away fragile personal items and remove loose clutter that would prevent the selected surfaces or floors from being reached. If an area cannot be accessed safely, it cannot be cleaned as planned.
Ordinary cleaning supplies are taken care of. Share allergies, fragrance sensitivity, product restrictions or delicate-surface instructions before the visit so the service can be prepared appropriately.
For apartments and condos, include the unit, buzzer, fob or concierge instructions, visitor parking and any elevator reservation. For houses and townhomes, identify the correct entrance, alarm, gate, driveway or secondary-suite access.
Share the type of pet, whether it will be home and any door, gate, room or interaction instructions. Secure an animal when necessary so the cleaning professional can enter and work safely without risking an escape.
Trust, recurring service and support
Screening, continuity, service recovery and scheduling changes.
Yes. NearMe cleaning professionals complete background screening before serving customer homes. Completed work and customer feedback also support ongoing quality review.
NearMe assigns the same cleaner to recurring visits. If that cleaner is unavailable, qualified coverage can be arranged so the household is not left to restart the cleaner search.
Contact NearMe with the booking details and the included area or task. If we miss an included task, tell us within 24 hours and we’ll make it right.
Yes. Cancellation or rescheduling is free when at least 24 hours' notice is provided.
Call NearMe or use the Contact page. Include the booking name or reference, the service date and the specific question so the support team can understand the request without asking you to begin again.
Locations and specialist requests
Service areas, commercial enquiries, property managers and cleaner applications.
NearMe currently serves 23 approved British Columbia markets across Metro Vancouver, the Fraser Valley, Vancouver Island and the Okanagan. Use the Locations hub or choose the city in the pricing form; the complete address confirms the actual property and service area.
Eligible offices, strata common areas and small commercial properties can be assessed. These requests use a property-specific scope based on the spaces, square footage, frequency, operating hours and access rather than the residential exact-price calculation.
Yes. Property managers and landlords can request vacant-unit turnovers, move-in preparation, deep resets, listing-ready cleaning and eligible common-area or commercial scopes. Share the property, timing, access and responsible contact so the correct service path can be confirmed.
Use the Careers page. The application asks about service area, residential-cleaning experience, availability, transportation and the practical details required for professional work in customer homes.
