Move In/Out Cleaning is the usual starting point for an empty or nearly empty unit. Review the complete turnover checklist, then select appliance, cabinet, blind or interior-window extras only when the property requires them.
Yes. Listing-ready and real-estate cleaning can be assessed around the current condition, the visible presentation priorities, access and timing. Cleaning does not include repairs, staging, junk removal or specialist restoration.
Eligible strata common areas can be assessed after NearMe receives the buildings, floors, lobbies, corridors, elevators, amenities, frequency, access and reporting requirements. Private-unit cleaning remains a separate residential service.
Yes, when the property allows secure entry. Provide the authorized key, lockbox, fob, concierge, elevator, alarm and parking instructions before the service. NearMe does not assume access from a building or unit address alone.
No cleaning company controls a landlord's complete deposit decision, which can include damage, missing items, repairs and tenancy obligations beyond cleaning. NearMe completes the selected cleaning scope and supports eligible service concerns under its Happiness Guarantee.
