Move-Out Cleaning includes the complete Standard and Deep Cleaning scope plus empty-home turnover work such as the dishwasher and microwave, empty closets and storage, reachable fixtures and ceiling fans, accessible vents and ceiling dust, the range hood, and behind the fridge and stove where safely accessible. Inside the fridge, oven and cabinets, interior windows and tracks, blinds, and wall spot-cleaning are selectable add-ons.
Count every requested bedroom, bathroom, kitchen and level. Select an additional kitchen when the suite kitchen is included, and identify the separate entrance so the price and access plan match the complete property.
For a condo, provide the fob, elevator and visitor-parking instructions. For a townhome or house, identify stairs, gates, rear access, pets and the entrance closest to the equipment route.
